Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods throughout El Paso and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our GPS tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and route planning
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and delivery time windows
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and resolve delivery issues
- Assist with loading/unloading operations to ensure secure cargo handling
Qualifications
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of El Paso streets and surrounding areas
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by DOT regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps for navigation and communication
- Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish a significant plus
