Job Responsibilities
Your primary goal is to ensure the timely and safe delivery of packages to our customers.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated addresses in and around El Paso.
- Practice excellent time management to ensure all deliveries are made on schedule.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining a positive image of the company.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Update delivery status and log notes accurately using our digital routing system.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are reliable, responsible, and ready to hit the road.
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology and GPS navigation apps.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
