Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of parcels to residential and business addresses in Fresno and surrounding areas.
- Efficiently loading and unloading packages, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Verifying delivery addresses and obtaining electronic signatures upon completion.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any delivery issues professionally.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
