Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures where required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Update the delivery status in the management system in real-time.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and reporting.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of local Fresno area geography is preferred.
