Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, and unload packages of varying sizes to ensure they arrive undamaged.
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Operate delivery vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every stop.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (tire pressure, fluid levels) before and after shifts.
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate local routes efficiently using a GPS.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for logging delivery statuses.
