Responsibilities
- Transport packages to residential and commercial locations efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the safe handling of all deliveries, including proper check-in and hand-off procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and resolving any delivery concerns.
- Utilize mobile applications for route planning, navigation, and digital proof of delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency with smartphone devices and GPS navigation software.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to the local distribution center.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to punctuality.
