Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading items when necessary, ensuring careful handling.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained before and after each shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and designated delivery routes.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues efficiently.
- Submit accurate daily logs, mileage reports, and delivery receipts.
- Uphold company policies regarding harassment, discrimination, and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Class E Driver's License (Commercial Driver's License is a plus but not required).
- A clean driving record with no major infractions or DUIs.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable access to a smartphone for communication and navigation.
- Basic English reading and writing skills for documentation purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
