Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe delivery of packages to residential and commercial clients across the NYC metro area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a professional and positive interaction with every recipient.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS technology to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.
- Handle all delivery documentation, including signatures and proof of delivery, accurately and securely.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (personal car) OR willingness to be considered for a company vehicle.
- Smartphone with active data capabilities for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with customers and dispatch.
- A valid Social Security Number and eligibility to work in the United States.
