Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to ensure on-time package delivery.
- Interact professionally with customers, verifying delivery details and obtaining signatures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Navigate effectively using GPS and mapping technology to find the best routes.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Handle package handling procedures, including loading, unloading, and organizing.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class C Driver's License.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
