Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and unload packages and merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Plan routes and navigate to delivery locations using a GPS or mapping software.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Collect payment or proof of delivery signatures when required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and managing apps.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
