Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Load and unload freight carefully to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and handle returns when necessary.
- Verify delivery addresses and maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before and after shifts.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
