Responsibilities
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated delivery points.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues on the spot.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Accurately complete daily logs, delivery receipts, and paperwork.
- Navigate routes using GPS and map applications to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50-100 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
