Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across the Greater Boston area.
- Ensure timely arrival at destinations while strictly adhering to traffic laws.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and professionalism.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
- Accurately log deliveries and manage delivery paperwork or digital apps.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adapt to changing routes and traffic conditions in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class D) with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible scheduling availability.
