Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial locations across El Paso
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance needs
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions and handle delivery inquiries
- Load/unload packages efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of El Paso street networks and surrounding areas
