Responsibilities
- Transport packages and parcels to residential and commercial addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Use handheld devices to verify delivery details and update status in real-time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling deliveries with care and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and manage paperwork according to company standards.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to read maps, GPS, and delivery orders accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-first attitude.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to the depot.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
