Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and goods on designated routes
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while verifying order accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-fueled vehicles at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt routes in real-time using GPS navigation systems
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain digital logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth area and DFW metroplex
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route navigation
- Reliable transportation to/from starting location
