Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Operate delivery vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, courteous, and helpful way, resolving any issues on the spot.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and storage area.
- Update delivery status via mobile app and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages, ensuring careful handling of items.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Proof of auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation and reporting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
