Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers within the designated delivery zone.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance for both the driver and the vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Verify and collect payments or obtain digital signatures for all delivered goods.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery statuses and report any delays or issues immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle all inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for delivery work (minimum 4-cylinder engine required).
- Ability to lift, push, and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
