Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment and securement protocols
- Manage delivery routes efficiently to meet on-time performance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Complete delivery documentation and electronic logging system updates
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland metro area and Ohio roadways
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
