Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery status and route information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle package handling with care.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Collect payments or obtain signatures upon delivery as required.
- Inspect packages for damage before loading and after unloading.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery apps.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a delivery van.
