Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to designated addresses in the Dallas metropolitan area.
- Navigate efficiently using provided GPS systems and route maps to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper mechanical functionality.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Process and verify delivery paperwork and signatures accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of organization in the delivery van, ensuring loads are secured.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation apps.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
