Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food, packages, and retail items to customers across Dallas and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and confirm orders with customers upon arrival
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and minimize fuel consumption
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and update ETAs
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Reliable transportation to/from shift location
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of Dallas area neighborhoods and major thoroughfares
