Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders across Greater Boston using optimized routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and route interactions
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route adjustments
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and professionalism
- Process returns and manage customer inquiries on-site
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- Basic smartphone skills for delivery tracking apps
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
