Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and merchandise to designated locations within Miami and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide outstanding customer service while resolving delivery issues with professionalism
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrival and maximize efficiency
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch and customers via mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Miami geography and GPS navigation proficiency
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight delivery deadlines
