Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in and around San Diego in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by adhering to our professional communication standards.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Utilize handheld devices to track routes, manage delivery times, and update order status.
- Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and the public.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and packaging materials.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and securely.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable, own transportation that is well-maintained and suitable for delivery work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate local traffic efficiently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and GPS navigation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physical ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
