Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety inspections before and after every shift.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Utilize handheld devices to update delivery statuses and navigate routes efficiently.
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required (Class B or CDL preferred).
- Clean driving record free of major violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app usage.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- English proficiency for clear communication with customers and dispatch.
