Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial locations in Oakland and surrounding areas.
- Utilize our proprietary app for real-time navigation and route optimization.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with safety standards.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling package exchanges with care.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Manage the cash handling process for last-mile deliveries when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance.
- A smartphone with a data plan and a reliable data connection.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
