Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations efficiently and safely.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all items.
- Ensure the safety and security of all packages during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Report any vehicle issues or road hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B or equivalent) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Smartphone with internet access and data plan.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and maneuver them safely.
- Good navigation skills and local knowledge of New Orleans streets.
