Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Miami area efficiently and safely.
- Inspect delivery vehicles before and after routes to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all packages to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Practice safe driving habits and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to fleet management.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for navigation and paperwork.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
