Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and handling package handling with care.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and maintenance needs, reporting any issues immediately.
- Collect payments or process returns accurately as required by the delivery route.
- Manage route planning and time management to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and digital dispatching.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
