Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles following traffic laws and company protocols
- Load, transport, and unload packages with care to prevent damage
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain proper signatures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone with reliable data plan for app communication
- Basic navigation skills with familiarity with Cleveland area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts (early morning/afternoon)
