The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to our clients. You will be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction with every delivery.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages and goods to designated addresses.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling questions and complaints with a smile.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork, including digital signatures.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing items.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class B or CDL preferred depending on vehicle type).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record with no recent DUIs or major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
