Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring all packages are secure during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues efficiently.
- Navigate efficiently through Dallas traffic using GPS and map applications to optimize routes.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Current, reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or cargo van) with valid insurance.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs or uneven terrain.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
