Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify addresses and ensure accurate delivery of goods.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure delivery process.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately if required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and stack packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable smartphone access for navigation and communication.
