Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated customer locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring packages are delivered with care and professionalism.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery routes, times, and customer signatures.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Manage time efficiently to meet strict delivery schedules and route deadlines.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or equivalent standard driver's license.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no recent major violations.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of GPS navigation and route planning software.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
