Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload merchandise from the delivery vehicle efficiently.
- Verify and record the quantity, type, and condition of goods upon receipt.
- Obtain signatures upon delivery and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning packages and managing delivery logs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
