Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Atlanta metro area in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Interact with customers in a polite, courteous, and helpful manner, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Efficiently manage delivery routes using company-provided GPS and navigation tools to minimize delays.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and resolve any delivery discrepancies or customer complaints on-site.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily logs, paperwork, and digital inspections accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle (if not provided) in good working condition with valid insurance.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps and technology for order scanning and route navigation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
