Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to designated locations within Oklahoma City metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage inventory and secure packages during transit
- Utilize GPS technology for real-time navigation and delivery updates
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma City streets and surrounding areas
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery tracking apps
- Reliable transportation to and from depot (if applicable)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
