Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Jacksonville
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure timely deliveries
- Verify package accuracy and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exterior
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues
- Report traffic incidents, accidents, and road hazards promptly
- Complete daily vehicle inspection logs and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Jacksonville neighborhoods and traffic patterns
