Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients upon delivery.
- Verify delivery accuracy by obtaining signatures and ensuring all items are undamaged.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, adhering to safety protocols to prevent damage.
- Update delivery status in real-time using our mobile application.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Familiarity with the Baltimore, MD area is a significant plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for GPS navigation and logging.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable smartphone with data access.
