Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders across Columbus metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication through our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Handle cash transactions and process returns/exchanges professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and make route decisions
