Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport packages safely and efficiently to designated delivery routes.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures for all deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Accurately log delivery information and manage paperwork.
- Assist with inventory management and package sorting when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer literacy for logging delivery information.
- Physical ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle (if not provided).
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
