Responsibilities
- Safely load, secure, and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
- Verify and scan packages to ensure accuracy during the delivery process.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including obtaining signatures and handling customer inquiries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency for route tracking.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
