Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations throughout Colorado Springs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery procedures
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and maintain delivery schedules
- Assist with loading/unloading procedures and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience (commercial or delivery preferred)
- Ability to operate vehicles with automatic transmission and navigate GPS systems
- Strong time-management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent customer service orientation and professional communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
