Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations across Greater Cleveland
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and maintain on-time performance
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management when required
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience or commercial driving certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight delivery schedules
- Professional communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
