Responsibilities
- Safely transport food, retail, and essential goods to customers within Cleveland metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service during drop-offs and address delivery concerns
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route adjustments and timely deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Represent SwiftRoute Logistics with professionalism and brand integrity
Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and navigate stairs/delivery sites
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order verification
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
