Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages and goods to designated addresses in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Inspect vehicle condition prior to and after each shift to ensure safety and reliability.
- Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules and route requirements.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized personal vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle suitable for delivery work.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and navigate various terrains.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and delivery apps.
