Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and retail goods to customers within designated Charlotte routes
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle returns/exchanges professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures via mobile app
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle (provided) for cleanliness and safety compliance
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team in real-time
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte neighborhoods and major roadways
- Smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Exceptional time management and customer service skills
