Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Ensuring the safety and security of all cargo during transit.
- Obtaining electronic or physical signatures upon delivery.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Maintaining accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong knowledge of the Charlotte, NC area and surrounding routes.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS navigation and digital signatures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
