Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver packages and food orders across Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and real-time GPS tracking for all routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions and handle order discrepancies professionally
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet SLAs
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of Boston neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
